To whom it may concern at ICANN, 

Re: Proposed Rules Governing Companies That Provide WHOIS Privacy Services 

I urge your organization to respect the right of internet users to privacy
and due process because everyone deserves the right to privacy. No one's
personal information should be revealed without a court order, regardless of
whether the request comes from a private individual or law enforcement
agency. This is especially true with all the email spam and telemarketers
that are already wasting time and limited resources like bandwidth.

Private information should be kept private.
