Pseudo-anonymity is an important cornerstone of the Internet and vital to
giving voices to marginalized people. The substantial uptick in the use of
public whois records to "Dox" people in the last year has demonstrated how
necessary this protection is. If anything, semi-private DNS records should
be something available to anyone free of charge. The proposal to remove
them all together is absolutely a step in the wrong direction.
