The Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC) intends to submit a comment
regarding the Next Generation Registry Directory Services Preliminary Issue
Report. However, due to the fact that there are several public comment
periods ending in rapid succession and the resultant "volunteer burn-out,
along with the long holiday weekend in the United States, the IPC will not
be in a position to submit its comment until September 8 or 9. The IPC has
alerted the appropriate ICANN team members to this situation.
The IPC looks forward to submitting its comment in the very near future.
