Dear Sirs, 

puntCAT, on its own behalf and representing the interests of the City Council 
of Barcelona regarding the .bcn and .barcelona application, wishes to express 
its support to the following comments submitted on the Rights Protection 
Mechanisms Requirements.

We also believe that the following letter of the Geographic gTLD Applicants 
group to Fadi Chehadé et alter regarding Launch and Elegibility Plans for 
Geographic TLDs contains a set of proposals that are extremely relevant to 
adequately address some of the items contained in the RPM Requirements, and 
should be taken into account in the revision of the current draft of the RPM 
Requirements.
