Comments on New gTLD guidebook should be used by staff when summarizing the Carlton "economic reports"

Hello,

Many companies who submitted comments to the 2nd draft guidebook for new gTLDs 
specifically mention the so-called "economic studies" performed by Professor 
Carlton. Those comments can be found at:

When ICANN staff provide a summary of the Carlton report comments, we request 
that they specifically include those comments in the other comment archive, 
even if the companies forgot to cc: their emails to this comment forum.

While we planned to provide an even more detailed analysis of the Carlton 
reports than we've already done, given the preponderance of commentary to date 
on the topic (as seen in the 2nd guidebook comments) agreeing with us that the 
reports were deeply flawed and essentially worthless, we'll instead make the 
choice to not expend any additional energy on it.
