Proposed Cyber Saftey Constituency
To Whom It May Concern: It is clear that the Internet has great potential for good, but perhaps even greater potential for harm. One grievous harm that is occuring worldwide is the exposure of children to pornography and other harmful content on the Internet. Parents are the first line of defense when it comes to protecting children, but just as parents need help in real space to protect their children, so parents need help in cyberspace. Please approve the formation of the newly proposed CyberSafety Constituency. Online safety for children is an ever-increasing need of utmost importance. I feel strongly that the formation of this constituency will be very beneficial in the discussion and implementation of new ideas and policies for making the Internet better for all.
