Hello,
I for one think that the petition is completely bogus. For one thing,
the Mormon church has no right to censor the entire world. For another,
there is a large difference between what they want, to censor much more
than child porn (My in-laws are Mormons, BTW), and what could even
*remotely* be considered acceptable online.
The Australians thought they could censor child porn too, and look
what's happened. As time goes on they get further and further away from
their stated goals, as online news shows quite clearly. Please don't
allow this sort of thing to happen in the U.S., or anywhere else.
Haven't we lost enough of our rights already?
Sincerely,
Karla Lucas
