Please refer the proponents of this nonsense to the numerous filtering
packages available for them to install on their own computers which will
allow them to block access to whatever they wish to block from their
view.

If they wish to remain control freaks, simply block all internet access
from their state to anywhere. They can create their own "intranet" which
they can protect from the real world. I doubt it'll require high-bandwidth
links.

There is absolutly no need for an organization of this type, particularly
since it has nothing to do with security, and everything to do with a
small group attempting to force their version of morality on the rest of
the world. This is deceptive and disingenious.
