To Whom It May Concern:

I am opposed to the proposal for a Cyber Safety Commission to regulate
content on the internet. The open nature of the internet is the very thing
that has allowed it to thrive and become an important part of our society.
The Cyber Safety Commission would invariably propose changes that are
technically unfeasible and that would squelch free speech on the internet.
