Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am writing to strongly oppose the "Cyber Safety Petition" on the
grounds of 'Net neutrality.  The design and implementation of the
Internet must be designed to permit all traffic to flow equally,
regardless of originator, recipient, content, or governments of
territories wherein it originates, terminates, or merely traverses. 
Without such neutrality, the Internet will become one more
censorship-laden, untrustworthy source of news and information which will
be used to oppress those who attempt to use it.
