New GNSO Constituency

Forming a new constituency with a focus to address Internet safety issues 
is strongly supported. I think regulating or blocking adult content 
shouldn’t be under the umbrella of this new group (even if it is 
considered to be). Content regulation should be kept within the domain of 
a country or region rather to be discussed in a multi-stakeholder 
organization like ICANN.

However, a whole bunch of internet safety and security topics like child 
pornography, spam, phishing, cyber crimes etc affecting service provider 
to end-users should be discussed and debated through a constituency.
