Once applicants will have stated their Expression of Interest, they will
enter in a contractual relationship with ICANN.
How will it impact their representation within ICANN? Will applicants be
allow to join the GNSO? If so, will they join the registry stakeholder
group or will a specific 'applicant stakeholder group' be created?
