hi all,

we co-chairs decided to reverse the sequence of the agenda for the call 
this Thursday, mostly because we're pretty enthusiastic about moving into 
the real work of the group.  here's our proposal for the two topics of the 
call this week:

-- begin discussing the results of the "security and stability criteria" 
conversation in Singapore (45 minutes)

-- review/revise the draft summary of the "handling confidential 
information" topic (15 minutes)

I've attached two documents for you to review before the call:

DSSA - Confidential Information - approach candidate v1:  this is a 
"summary of the summary" that i've drafted (come prepared to offer 
corrections/improvements). 

DSSA -- Criteria:  this is the transcribed version of the flip-chart pages 
from Singapore and will be the starting point for the conversation on 
Thursday
