all,<div><br></div><div>well, after 18 "no-issue" status reports in a row,
we've got one with an issue. &nbsp;i was starting to get bored pushing these
out, so it's nice to see a change of pace.</div><div><br></div><div>we had a
"review and approval" problem this week as we tried to conduct our second
consensus-review of Greg's proposed scope-refinement email -- we didn't have
enough people on the call for me (the only co-chair on the call) to feel
comfortable taking a consensus poll. &nbsp;so we'll try again this week.
&nbsp;please take a look at Greg's proposal (<span class="Apple-style-span"

and, if you have concerns or issues please post them to the list and join us
on the call this week so we can hammer them out.</span></div><div><font

PDF you'll be able to see our choices -- green = in scope, red = out of scope
