EOI - ICANN, PLEASE DON'T LET US DOWN

Dear Board,

Please call for EOI's.  Lately, it has started to appear that ICANN is
becoming a research institution.  ICANN has the duty to produce tangible
results for the internet and implementing new gTLDs should be their biggest
commitment.

The "overarching issues" can not be an excuse to delay and continue to
comment, study, conclude, debate and repeat cycle. These issues have been
thoroughly studied and are months away from resolution-- EOI's and
applications should be concluded by Q3 2010.
