ICANN,

I'm a supporter of the EOI concept. More importantly, I'd like to
commend ICANN for its rapid consideration of this concept, which was
proposed only weeks ago. This is a perfect example of the kind of
bottom-up policymaking process that represents ICANN at its best, and
which most effectively adheres to the principles put forth in ICANN's
charter.

The EOI program, as a next step to more rapidly finalize the details of
the new gTLD program, is a welcome proposal.  What are you waiting for?
