I read the thing and it is an easy read.
And I don't necessarily prefer going over well trod ground just for the
exercises. But two concepts leaped off the pages at me "Brand Protection" and
"Intellectual property control".
Brings me back to "ip lawyers" in our proposals, which I do not remember
really being debated here.
But mainly the problem here is protocol. This document did not emanate from
this WG and it therefore should not be appended.
If we allow this one to be appended I must insist on equal time and I will
put together a one pager.

The TAG report is now transmitted to SGB. I thought it had been
transmitted back on May 24 when we first received the report, but
apparently it wasn't.

Milton and Maria:
I am forwarding a msg previously sent by Chuck Gomes of the "Tiered
Access Group" to Philip Sheppard. We understand that this was
transmitted to SubGroup B.
I would like to make sure that it becomes part of the record and
report of the SubGroup.
Could you let me know whether it will be part of the Appendix to the
Report or elsewhere?
thanx
David
