As promised, Glen provided some alternative meeting start times across
the time zones represented by members of our rework group. As you can
see, there is no start time that avoids undesirable times for
some. If
I exclude options that start later than 11 pm and before 6 am for at
least one person, that eliminates all of options shown in Glen's
spreadsheet. If I exclude options that start later than 12 am
(midnight) and earlier than 5 am, that leaves the following with the
impacts shown:
UTC Jordan Brussels NY Buenos Aires HK Calif
Melbourne Lousiest Hours
1. 21:00 23:00 22:00 16:00 18:00 05:00 next day 13:00
08:00 next day Bilal/Edmon/Stefanie
2. 22:00 00:00 23:00 17:00 19:00 06:00 next day 14:00
09:00 next day Bilal/Olof/Glen
3. 13:00 15:00 14:00 8:00 10:00 21:00 5:00

Option 3 seems to impact the fewest people; Adrian - can you live
with a
midnight start?
Option 2 has a midnight start for Bilal and 11 pm start for Olof and
Glen. Would this work if necessary - Bilal? Glen? Olof? [Olof, I
understand that you will not be on our calls 14-31 Dec.]
Option 1 has an 11 pm start for Bilal and a 5 am start for Edmon &
Stefanie. Would this work if necessary - Bilal? Edmon? Stefanie?
I am assuming that we would not scheduled calls on Friday, Saturday or
Sunday. And as decided in our meeting, we will not schedule any calls
20 Dec - 4 Jan. Specific days for any calls will be selected as
needed
but it will help us to have information on which times would work,
realizing that it may vary from day to day.
