Attached is the revised Draft Principles Chart with comments from John Berard 
for discussion on tomorrow’s call on Tuesday 22 November 2011 at 2000 UTC 
(12:00 PST, 15:00 EST,  20:00 London, 21:00 CET). This document also is posted
