[gnso-ccwg-dt] Doodle poll to confirm time and date of the next CWG-DT call

Dear DT members,

Thanks for a great discussion yesterday; we will circulate a revised version
of the draft WG charter after the Co-Chairs have confirmed the necessary
language changes and edits.

In the meantime, it would be greatly appreciated if you could fill up this

As noted on the call yesterday, the aim is to finalize the charter and send
it to the two Councils for adoption, following which the WG will be formed
to work on the final framework of CWG principles under the terms set by the
charter as adopted.
