Constituency Renewal comments

All,

  The single biggest problem with the GNSO and in particular
with the Constituencies, is that they are not open and transparent
to non constituency users/stakeholders, and that there is no
Independent Registrants Constituency.  Until these problems
are addressed honestly, directly and fully, the GNSO is simply
engaged in a musical chairs game that is disingenuous at a minimum
and denigrates the whole purpose of the Internet's purpose.
