Hi Margie
Was chatting with Peter Nettlefold yesterday re our Consumer Metrics work and
the fun we are having working on the definitions...
I understand that the WHOIS Review Team had a similar amount of fun...
And wondered whether you or someone else from ICANN staff might be able to
share some of the relevant learnings from that work?
