Just as an FYI, we had chatted briefly in our 1 May session about complaints
intake with the ICANN Ombudsman as a possible source for complaints against
Rrs & Rys. With the link below, you will discover that virtually all
complaints will direct the user the Internic system, which is the system
that we will speak with Compliance about next week.
