The GNSO Council must first approve my sending of this note to the GAC. This 
can be done as a consent agenda item, as long as the Council has had sufficient 
opportunity to review and amend the letter as they see fit (I myself would have 
a few edits to suggest on the draft you have sent).

So I will forward your request to the Council list and suggest that it be 
considered at part of the June 7 meeting consent agenda.
