Attached are the redline and clean versions of the Advice Letter.  Please
post any suggested changes you have to the list.  Upon agreement by the
working group next week, I will promote the draft to final v3.0.

 

We have until 9 November to submit this back to the GNSO Council for the 15
November meeting.
