here with Track Changes ON.

Attached are the redline and clean versions of the Advice Letter.  Please post 
any suggested changes you have to the list.  Upon agreement by the working 
group next week, I will promote the draft to final v3.0.

We have until 9 November to submit this back to the GNSO Council for the 15 
November meeting.
