Dear Chris, Rudi, and PDP WG members,

Please see the attached briefing slides from the IRD Study Team on the
"Study to Evaluate Available Solutions for the Submission and Display of
Internationalized Contact Data."  As requested, the Team will provide this
briefing during today's WG meeting.  They would like to come at the end of
the agenda, at half past the hour, if that is acceptable.  They would speak
for around 20 minutes and then allow time for questions.
