I particularly have issues with paras 3, 13 and 17.

I thought we agreed to delete old 3. We discussed having criteria --not 
predictions (arguably suffering same objections as lists or catagories);

As to 13 --we agreed, expressly I thought, to use determination or 
decision--not advice.

17 does not reflect the point on criteria and suffers similar problems to 3.

These are in haste and I will have a proper look and revert fully on list.
