hi,

a bit later then i planned but today ended up also being the same day  
an which EU Frame program 7 application has to be in.

in any case, i am going to be reviewing and editing for the next few  
hours and if any of you have been meaning to send a comment/minority  
statement, but not gotten around to it, now would be a good time.
