Thanks for being available to fill in even thought it wasn't necessary. Sorry 
for the misattribution on the article. I apparently didn't remember when it 
came up in the conversation.

You're correct about data protection issues having been discussed before in the 
ICANN community. I was thinking more about whether they have come up within the 
contracted party community.

I'll look at the escrow report. It's nice that the group thought of us. :)

No report was required to be made for our sub team. Also, Mikey asked that we 
draw to your attention for your consideration  the report of the sub team on 
stability (attached) that was made.  Specifically question 5 where the answer 
provided by the stability subgroup refers to the fact the we, the Data 
protection sub-group, should be dealing with this particular question.

For the sake of accuracy, under the 2d heading  "any data protection issues 
exist in current thick and thin registries",   I would rephrase the 2d sentence 
written in form of a question "Have issues not existed before or have they not 
been raised?"  in an affirmative form instead: "many issues have been 
identified before and already raised".

Also,  it was not Roy who referred to the report but me... Thanks.
