In my usually timely manner, here are the notes from last week's call. Please 
review them carefully. I'm not happy with the job that I did.

We will discuss NCUC points today, the remaining issues from my initial summary 
and the supplemental submission to the subteam. You should have the latter. To 
limit the number of documents you might have open during the call, here are the 
summary items. As with last week's points concerning ICANN procedures, the two 
overlap.

Requiring transition from Thin to Thick Whois will create significant data 
protection problems
Requiring transition from Thin to Thick Whois will lead to violation of 
existing  international data protection agreements and national and other data 
protection laws
