VPNs seem to be unblocked at the hotel now, so I'll try again. Please add
don@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in case they get shut down again.

Marika,

I can't get to my PIR account. Please forward this note and the
attachments to the list.

Thanks.

Hello.

Thanks for your understanding over the last week.

Here is a first draft of a possible document from the subteam. I arrived
home on Thursday and wrote on the flight to Beijing. It needs wordsmithing
and formatting even if there are no changes to substance, which I'm sure
won't be the case. Even I need to take a second pass to see if I agree
with everything that I wrote, and I also want to do a cross check against
the WG charter. I don't have a copy on the PC. Needs wordsmithing and
formatting even if there are no changes to substance, which I'm sure there
will be. Even I need to take a second pass to see if I agree with what I
wrote, and I want to do a cross check against the charter. I don't have
one on the PC.

You will find two file formats. My version of PC security for here was to
reformat a ten year old Dell and install Linux on it. I had to write in
odt. format because Word isn’t available on Linux. I don’t know if you’ll
have better luck opening the document with my conversion to docx within
LibreOffice or bringing the odt into Word.

I know there isn't much time, if any, for comment before Monday's meeting.
Do we post it or just outline the issues Monday morning?

Thanks.

Don
