To follow-up on my previous message, here is the response I received from the Ombudsman. I believe that Jeff also had a brief conversation with the General Counsel of ICANN in which this was confirmed as well.

Dear Jordyn Buchanan,

Thank you for contacting the Office of the Ombudsman with what you consider to be an unreasonable delay issue.  This complaint surrounds the scheduling and actual completion of a conference call between your committee and senior staff at ICANN regarding an exchange of information on WHOIS issues.

Since receiving your information I have had  the opportunity to speak with staff members at ICANN and I have learned that a date for this telephone meeting has been set for the week of March 14.

As this was the resolution you were hoping for, I will now be closing my file into the matter.
