It appears that there has been an oversight regarding the preparation
and posting of the registrar constituency position on purpose.

It still needs to be prepared and endorsed by the constituency. The task
force's indulgence in giving us some additional time to rectify the
oversight would be appreciated despite the irregularity of the request
given the late hour.
