NCUC does not support this change, but could live with it if the last
clause was taken out "including relevant contact information for how
such data might be accessed in appropriate circumstances."

This change is from the IPC. This change was not discussed on
today's call. This change would add text to the last sentence of
Step Five. The new sentence would read:
ICANN should issue an appropriate notice to the public of the
resolution and of the reasons for ICANN's forbearance from
enforcement of full compliance with the contractual provision in
question, including relevant contact information for how such data
might be accessed in appropriate circumstances.
