Maria and Glenn:
In the past, there has been some confusion in the posting of public notices 
for comments.  I remember that some links for the documents/comments were on 
the ICANN website, others on the GNSO website, but not both and not consistent. 
 
(No blame -- this has happened over a long period of time). 

Could you kindly post the notice and links on both websites (ICANN's main and 
GNSO's main), and so that the widest number of people, organizations and 
press can find them?
