Same question for you as for Steve. How is this statement informed by the
technical information we discussed on the last call. Who are you trying to
list here?
A registrar would be able to address the technical issues of the whois-tech
definition. Who can address the issues you list below? Do you envision it
as the registrar? If not, who else?
