I'd also like to kick off voting by e-mail in the hopes we can get it
wrapped up rapidly as well.

Please send to Maria and myself (and the list if you'd like) an e-mail
indicating whether you support one or the other of the formulations,
or both, or neither.  We will log each participating task force
members' vote and include it with the published report.
