Dear all,
 
Ahead of next week's task force meeting, attached is the revised and final
(barring further task force discussions, of course) Preliminary Task Force
Report on the Purpose of Whois and of the Whois Contacts.
It incorporates Kathy's comments from yesterday as there were no objections
to them on the list. 
It will be published on the website in both a html and .pdf version.
