I have one small factual correction.  

Once a fee is paid you get all personal data EXCEPT for Registrants telephone 
number and email address.  

As far as the signed contract route goes, you are correct, you do get all data.

Apologies if I did not make this clear on our calls.

  Here's a second edit.  On the .NAME slide, I think we should add a third 
bullet:

  "âAddresses only access to data
  âDefault output is extremely limited, and includes no contact information
  âTo get more information, Whois users must either pay a fee or sign a 
contract with the registry for additional access"

  And new:
  "- After fee paid or contract signed, all personal data for all fields is 
revealed."

  I don't think this line is objectionable (Simon?) because it is factually 
accurate and we discussed it in our meeting.
