Kristina, I agree and apologize for missing that "have you used the AGP"
question, it was simply a matter of timing.   Olof had his redraft to me
before you posted it and I didn't see your post before I sent.  As far
as I am concerned, it can be added.

Mike,

I'm sure you're not surprised that I'm writing about my "have you used
the AGP" question.  I recognize that my "have you used the AGP" question
was not perfectly artfully drafted.  However, I do think it gets to an
important point that we've been hearing about -- who uses the AGP and
why.  

While I suspect there's widespread agreement among the members of the ad
hoc group that individual consumers are NOT using the AGP as a way to
get a refund for mis-typed domain names, we won't know that that's true
unless we ask.  One option is to create some statement that acknowledges
no one uses it for that reason, but if we got that route we'll be
criticized for not asking the question.

I'm open to editing it, but I think the substance and the information it
seeks to get need to remain.

finalize it and distribute by next week.
