Hi Tim,
You are absolutely correct - and I indicated that with "TBC" in the report
as short for "To Be Completed", which it certainly will be - just didn't
have time to get it all sorted at once.

Olof, it does not appear that the responses submitted via email were
included in the RFI summary as stated. At least, I could not find my
