I think that's a good idea. On our ET call on Thursday, we discussed how it 
might be useful for each SG to spend a minute or two on the call describing why 
they selected their particular candidate.

No comments but a question: should we add an explanation by each SG on what 
method they used to choose their candidates? It might be helpful for the other 
SGs to know that, although it may complicate the agenda somewhat...

        Attached is a proposed agenda for the Council Special Meeting on 15 
March.  Please review it and provide feedback as soon as possible if anything 
needs to be corrected.  I found it quite awkward preparing an agenda when there 
is still critical information needed, but my hope is to at least have a 
template that we can easily use to finalize the agenda on Sunday.  All 
suggestions are welcome.
