Our mission is only to answer the questions posed in our Charter. But clearly
some of us have the goal to 'stop phishing' at least insofar as it involves the
DNS and to the extent reasonably possible via ICANN.

Good point George. What is our mandate? Somehow I assumed that we were
talking about phishing but no one has really specified (or am I missing
something) as to what we are trying to stop.
This is the "Fast Flux" group but Fast Flux by itself isn't the problem.
It's fast flux used by people who everyone can agree are criminals.

- NO. Mafia pretending to be a bank to trick you out of your password
and steal your money - YES)
So - what is our mission officially? Is it stopping phishing?
