Many TLDs have a zone access program that is completely free to
access, e.g. for com/net it is found at:
http://www.verisign.com/information-services/naming-services/com-net-registry/page_001052.html
One can FTP them and use "diff" create lists of new domains (well, 99%
of domains that are new; if an old domain had no nameservers, "diff"
would catch those too).
Thus, one can generate the results directly, if required, on an
ongoing basis from the relevant registry operators. VeriSign has (or
will have) a more frequently updated version, but it isn't (or won't
be) free, see:
