It might be interesting and educational to hear some of the automobile
regulations that some on this group would come up with to solve the
problem of bank robbers using "getaway cars." The lack of some of
those regulations in the real world might illustrate why society makes
the conscious choice to tolerate some crime as a price of not living
in a police state.
