Greg,

I can add supporting tables for the pie charts. I also added some  
language that talks about the number of TLDs in which Arbor and  
Karmasphere found fluxing domains.
The "sustained" language is clumsy. The point is that it doesn't look  
like it's a flash in the pan.
It's ongoing and it moves around.
