Please complete the following Doodle poll for Staff to determine if a more
accommodating meeting time can be scheduled.  At present, the next IGO-INGO
call is scheduled for 5 DEC 2012 @ 19:00 UTC.

Only if we receive a majority response to the Doodle by the end of week and
if it depicts a different time counter to our regular schedule will we
adjust the schedule for the 5 DEC session.  So in the meantime, assume that
the meeting will occur at 19:00 UTC.
