Berry,

I completed the poll for 5 December but it is important to note that my 
availability on that specific date should not be assumed to be the same on 
every Wednesday because the RySG has regular biweekly meetings on Wednesdays; 
it just so happens that 5 December is in between RySG calls.

Please complete the following Doodle poll for Staff to determine if a more 
accommodating meeting time can be scheduled.  At present, the next IGO-INGO 
call is scheduled for 5 DEC 2012 @ 19:00 UTC.

Only if we receive a majority response to the Doodle by the end of week and if 
it depicts a different time counter to our regular schedule will we adjust the 
schedule for the 5 DEC session.  So in the meantime, assume that the meeting 
will occur at 19:00 UTC.
