WG Members,

 

Per our call today, the attached contains a draft of the current Trademark
Claims notice as posted in the latest Rights Protection Mechanisms documents
submitted by ICANN last night.

 

Information about the Claims Period begins at the bottom of page 7.  Please
refer to pages 12 - 16 for the letters.  Exhibits A and B are examples of
the notice Registrars will be required to display to Registrants within the
registration process.
